I have nothing but praise for this company. First, a human answered the phone; second I was offered an appointment within 24 hours; third the engineer sent me a text with a time of arrival; fourth, he rang me to say he could come early and fifth he was extremely pleasant and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use NAC again.

Excellent service, part ordered arrived quicker than expected and received a phone call advising if a cancellation and did I want engineer to come that day and within 4 hours he was here fixing the issue.

Engineer attended on the date and time agreed. He was cheerful, efficient and professional and seemed quite disappointed that he could not repair on site. Made me aware of the prices of the two parts required but in view of the high price and the age of the machine it made more sense to invest in a new one. Would definitely recommend and use again
