Impressed. Engineer came when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and returned a week later with the parts to effect repair on our Miele dishwasher. Cleaned up well after his work and declined a cup of tea on both occasions! Would certainly recommend this service.

It was a quick repair for a leak, on a front loading Hoover w/m. About 20 minutes work, cost £84. A little high, but taking in travel time, fuel, insurance etc probably quite fair. Some, including Hoover, charge much more. Engineer was polite, explained what he had done. Nice to have our two year old machine back and working, without soaking the floor.

Engineer was on time..very pleasant and helpful..even pointed out an earthing problem with my socket which I got sorted before he returned to do the replacement job about a week later after parts had been ordered…There is a £96 initial charge for the call out but this is then included in the price if you go ahead with repairs…all in all very professional and clean job…

The engineer was very good, did all the checks needed and no fault found.He advised to empty fridge and leave it unplug for a few hours and give it a good clean and may be the smell might go. Which it did.
Good communication. Excellent person who came to do the inspection. Unfortunately a repair could not be done as my machine was 10 .5 years old and I was advised to get a new one
As it would not be cost effective to repair.
