I have a Miele Combination Microwave that had stopped working, it is relatively old but not often used and is an attractive piece of equipment that compliments my kitchen. When it stopped working I considered a renewal but opted to try to repair it. Thanks to NAC’s determined engineer the oven is now fully working. He was unable to complete the repair on the first visit as a part was required however he sourced replacement components which was difficult due to the age of the oven. Nevertheless hey presto Alexsander fully repaired it and kept me informed throughout. True to their word there were no hidden costs. The initial call out fee and parts only. Very happy with the service provided not to mention the delight of not having the additional expense of renewing the oven. Fully recommend this company.
