Impressed, my call was picked up by the call handler very quickly – no waiting in a queue or going through an automated system of numbers. Details provided on make, model number of my washing machine that needed attention by engineer as it was making a noise when spinning and an appointment made for the next day. Given the name of the engineer who would call me later today with a time slot for tomorrow.
