Excellent service, from the moment we booked the repair the customer service and communication was outstanding.
The engineer arrived when we were told they would, they were friendly, informative and honest.
The parts were ordered and arrived when we were told. Unfortunately, they arrived damaged (not engineer’s fault) and so were ordered again.
The engineer was booked again to complete the repair. He arrived, stripped the cupboard fascia to access and remove the dishwasher, removed and replaced a pump and then tested it. He then reinstalled everything and was gone.
This all took about 15 minutes. We were very impressed and can’t recommend them highly enough.
