Very pleased with the professionalism of the Engineer ~ including knowledge of the item being repaired ~ and the time taken. Also consideration for possible water spillage and ensuring the washing machine was operating perfectly before leaving. 10/10.
He came – he did a thorough job trying to find and isolate the fault and then put it right! So far that seems to have done the trick, because it works well after his visit! He also said to contact again if I need to.
The whole experience was easy and efficient. I was provided with details of Danny who was booked to repair my oven. On the day Danny kept in touch with his arrival time, was really nice and even had the part in his van so fixed our oven on the spot! Highly recommend!

Although it was a brief visit ,as the engineer stated the grating noise from the compresser was simply a natural noise simular to a piston in an engine, it put my mind at rest
