Very efficient service from answering the phone promptly, an engineer visit in less than 24hrs, a text to confirm appointment time from the engineer and then a fixed fridge/freezer 😊

Booked appointment online late on a Sunday afternoon, a lovely girl called early Monday to confirm appointment & to call them if there was anything else they could do very polite and helpful engineer called exactly the time time we booked ,repaired cooker no problem would definitely use this company again cant fault them

Very pleasant chap came on time. Unfortunately our 26 freezer is an ex freezer. It has ceased to be. A stiff, bereft of life. It has gone to meet its maker and join the choir invisible
So we have to buy a new one.
But that’s not the engineers fault
