Rang NAC today to book in a repair on my washer dryer and they were very friendly and confident that they would be easily able to repair our machine. We got an appointment the next day and the mechanic rang immediately to arrange a time. Hopefully the repair will be as timely and effective.
A friendly and helpful lady booked my repair and Ian, the engineer, was also very friendly and has fixed a number of problems with my cooker – at a fraction of what I would have paid if I’d gone directly to Rangemaster.

Our experience with NAC repair was excellent, from calling NAC and being informed clearly of their rates for a call out and then sent texts and emails informing us of a date and time of repair and even making it easy to cancel appointment if needed to. The repair technician was very respectful of our home and very thorough checking and repairing our Electric ⚡ Oven, again very clear on pricing of repair part by text and email 📨 and again more text and email for day of repair. I my self do not have problem recommending NACREPAIR.CO.UK they were excellent from start to finish.
