I was able to book a next day appointment. I received a time window followed by a text to let me know they were arriving. I was given the name of my service man who arrived in a clearly marked van. He repaired my dishwasher explaining what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. Once the repair was done , checked that it worked properly now. Explained how to minimise risk in future. He was friendly , clean and tidy. I was left with a functioning dishwasher – sorted less that 24 hours after my request !

Went above and beyond on this job for an elderly relative …. Def use again – prompt – good communication – no hidden charges

Prompt visit by highly competent engineer Dylan, thorough, professional and careful to check all working OK.
It took 3 attempts to get my email address right for sending the invoice but Yvonne was helpful is sorting this and explaining how the booking of engineer visit worked so still get 5 stars.
