The engineer Fyzal was in touch in advance to give an estimated time slot. When he arrived he worked out the issue with our dishwasher, changing a part which no longer appeared to be functioning properly. The only down side was that he didn’t explain how much the part was until we came to pay at the end and I think my husband and I would have preferred to be pre warned as it took the £90 call out price up to £206.
