Wendy was able to tell me immediately the day, i.e. Monday 12th August on which the engineer would come to fix my appliance. She was also able to reassure me that he would call me today, Friday 9th August, to tell me the precise time on Monday when he would arrive at my residence and she assured me too that the total cost to me of the repair would not exceed £85 unless a new part was needed in which case I could negotiate this further cost with the engineer in person.

Had a problem with the fridge/freezer the fridge was running at too warm a temperature.
Booked an appointment for an engineer to visit.
Was kept well informed with expected call time, came when expected. Dealt and fixed the problem quickly.
Very efficient guy, pleasant and polite.
I would definitely recommend and use your company again for further issues with appliances.
