He did his best to fix it but we required new parts. He sent the list of parts that were required to the company and within an hour a quotation was received. we accepted and another appointment was made. Firstly the NAC repair man let me know when he would arrive, then got straight on with the job – finding out what had stopped my washing machine working.
On his second visit, the same, and he’d brought the new pump, and fitted it straightaway, then tested it. I have no complaints, the service was exactly what I’d hoped for!
