Have used NAC three times. The first two times (gas hob spark broken and broken glass on oven door) they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. The last time they identified the issue but were unable to repair as part no longer available (which I kind of suspected as v old dishwasher)- however, the communication around that and possible next steps were really clear. Would definitely use them again.
