Prompt professional service throughout. From first phone enquiry through to competition of repairs. Excellent communication kept us up to date at all times. The engineer Josh who called diagnosed the problem very quickly and arranged to carry out the repairs at our convenience. Based on this experience I would recommend NAC
Warm greeting introduced herself by name. Asked about the problem and listened as I gave the answer. Gave the cost and explained about extra cost if parts needed. Vicky was able to book my repair in the same day I called which was great. This call was very professional and to the point, perfect.
Was called back and informed that the engineer couldn’t fit us in today but could fit us in next week which wasn’t convenient so had to cancel this. Shame really.
Efficient and thorough service by two committed and conscientious specialists. I would highly recommend NAC for repair work.

Great communication they kept me informed about everything they were going to do. Who the engineer was, what time he would arrive etc. The engineer knew exactly what was wrong and gave me some options regarding the repair. Great service all round
