Wayne was prompt, efficient and polite. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within about 20’mins.
My dishwasher was faulty so I rang NAC and was able to arrange a day I would be in for the repair. The engineer rang me to confirm the time and was able to fix my integrated dishwasher and give me some feedback on what the problem was. I thought it was a tremendous service and I would happily use again.

When Jack arrived checked machine advised us what the problem was which was the circuit board gave us a quote and we decided we would be better of buying a new machine Jack was very good at explaining everything we would recommend him again
