Once the replacement part was available, it was brought to us by 2 NAC engineers .
It was the right one, but within a couple of hours they were back with the correct one. They ddid a really good job, and the washing machine now looks like new , with everything cleaned . Good job.
Very pleased with NAC answered phone very quickly and the engineers visit was arranged in minutes engineer came in time checked everything and give us reassurance that the washing machine was not leaking Robert the engineer was very courteous and explained everything that he as doing 100 percent satisfied with NAC and would recommend them highly to families and friends

Phone answered quickly. No automated press option 1 etc. You get to speak to someone. Person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I was given all payment information and costs except for parts. Booked appointment for Tuesday only because the Monday is a bank holiday. I rang on 1.30pm on the Friday. Appointment confirmed by text immediately. Very satisfied so far.

Quite simply the best customer experience that I have ever had – prompt scheduling, on time arrival of technician who was courteous, knowledgeable and a good communicator.
Nothing at all to fault. The system for booking a callout works very smoothly, and the engineer was friendly and worked quickly. Parts were sourced straight away and the return visit was within a week in this instance. A very slick, efficient and stress-free process all round, which culminated in my steam oven being back to working like new!
