Engineer came out as arranged and diagnosed the fault on our cooker, he was polite and efficient testing all that was needed.

Rec eptionist understood the problem and arranged early call by engineer. Mikey was very helpful but explained that owing to the age of the dishwasher not all the necessary spares were available. He cleaned up the results of a leakage before leaving.
