My freezer was icing up under the bottom drawer and has been like that for a while. I was reluctant to get this looked at because I was worried about the cost. I searched online and came across NAC repairs. The price structure was laid out clearly and quoted £85+VAT labour plus any parts needed. I took the plunge and booked an engineer. The whole process of booking was simple and the communication excellent. An engineer came round and instantly found the fault. I didn’t need any parts so the job was completed on the day. The fact that I would only be charged a maximum of £85+ VAT for labour/callout swung it for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys if any of my friends or family was having issues.

I looked up and gave details of fault on line having found NAC . Described washing machine not emptying and we had cleared the filter but to no end. Engineer Paul Telephoned within the hour and advised he would call the next day. He gave an approximate window and arrived spot on. He had a replacement pump with him but it was not needed fortunately after he brought numerous items from the pump including a bracelet that had wound itself around the pump mechanism. Our tenants have been told again to remove things from their pockets! Excellent service, nice friendly chap with his helpful assistant. I am impressed.

Great service, the engineer arrived a couple of days after the original call, he diagnosed the problem very quickly. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part needed but came back within the week and fixed my cooker. Very happy.
