The engineer was friendly and got to work straight away. Respected the property and dealt with the problem with my fridge in no time. A call out charge is applicable but is accounted for with labour included in their visit. Only extra charge if needing extra parts. Return has warranty if fixing the same problem if faulty.
Very happy with this service. Would recommend and if needed, I will return to this company.
