The fault was minor as it turned out and the engineer showed us that a wire had come Lose and he showed us as he clipped it back on. How many technicians invent something and charge us for unnecessary parts or spend a little longer pretending it was a bigger job? Not with NAC. We paid the basic call out charge from a good and honest workman. Will use again.

After introducing himself Tim the engineer removed his footwear without being asked. Polite and professional. He kept us informed of what he was doing and even answered questions about other appliances.
I contacted NAC online very early in the morning when my washing machine broke down and would not empty. An appointment was set up by email for the following day. A couple of hours later Nick, the engineer, phoned to say as he was in the area that day could he come and look at it. I agreed and he arrived at around 1 p.m. He quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the pump.The work was completed quickly and efficiently and Nick was very pleasant, did the job professionally and explained everything he was doing. Everything sorted within a few hours of my initial contact.
