The repair man was very thorough and professional.
Managed to get a next day appointment to fix our washing machine which was new years eve. Very thorough engineer ended up taking the whole appliance apart then when the fault continued he called Bosch direct & replaced brushes which solved it. Very handy they give you a time window of a few hours too & call when they’re on route.
First time I’ve used this company and would definitely use them again. Booking was simple, price was clear before I confirmed the booking, alerts given for times and engineer was polite, knowledgeable and demonstrated all of the tests that were done explaining clearly in non technical terms what he was doing. Everything sorted in one visit and no hidden charges. Definitely use these again
