After our Zanussi microwave oven packed up on us after 24yrs loyal service I called NAC Teesside and the staff were so helpful. A visit from an engineer (Luke Kirtley) was arranged for the following day and he duly arrived on time. He had never dealt with a microwave like ours, and once it was established that it was 5yrs older than him it was easy to understand why! Nevertheless he nobly stuck to his task and was able to ascertain the fault after the odd phone call to HQ. Unfortunately NAC were unable to source the spare part as the model was deemed obsolete, despite a wide search. As Luke observed, the Zanussi had served us well and done it’s job, so the only alternative is to buy new. I’m grateful to NAC for their care and attention and to Luke for his persistence, although to no avail. I’d certainly use them again should a kitchen appliance fail me – hopefully not a microwave any time soon!

Easy to set up the appointment, receptive tradesperson re timing of appointment, arrived when they said they would (just about) and had the replacement part in their van. Worked out really well, as you’d hope it would.
