Mark , the engineer was very professional, polite and immediately identified the problem and sorted those out. He was very honest in terms of extras needed and fitted those at very fair price. Very happy with the service

I spoke to Becky. She was lovely and cheerful. Eplained everything well including the next steps.
Engineer arrived on time. Identified the problem and advised I would be given a quote for parts required. I received an email the next day to say that the machine was uneconomical to repair due to amount of work needed and cost of parts. This is not surprising as the machine is 20years old!
Engineer was very polite and got the job done quickly. No new parts needed so just paid the set call out and labour charge.

I called them up after my Kenwood Freezer developed an electrical issue. I tried calling Kenwood, but always redirected to Currys!. I was a bit anxious about using a company I have never heard of, but my experience was amazing! I called to book an appointment, I got a confirmation text then call from the engineer that day.
The Engineer arrived within the time period quoted and fixed the problem there and then. He was polite, professional and tidy. I would definitely use this company again. 5 star experience. They saved me buying a new freezer!
