"Chap arrived on time - very personable and tidy worker. Unfortunately he was unable to fix my hob as it is an old model and the required ignition wire is not readily available. Nevertheless he did try his level best for me as did his colleague who called me afterwards to suggest some possible sources to find the required part; if I get lucky they will fit it for me at no extra charge. Would not hesitate to recommend the company."

The third company I had contacted and the only one that was able to give me next day service and to actually try hard to repair it-and they did! Paul, the engineer(with his partner) worked so hard on the cooker and miraculously managed to replace both the element and thermostat to get the cooker working again. Such brilliant dedication to the job in hand. I am so impressed and grateful."
