I can confirm this. Very professional from start to finish. Appointment booked, text the evening before with time slot, I confirmed this immediately a text thanking me. Next morning a text telling me the engineer would be with me shortly. The engineer came, quickly sorted the faults and repaired them. He was polite and friendly and completely competent. I cannot praise this company enough and would happily recommend them to anyone needing an electrical appliance repaired."
