"The engineer that came out to fix my Dishwasher was great. At the time he did not have very good Access to the Dishwasher but he still took the time to see if he could sort it out. He got it working but explained because of limited Access he could not check all the dishwasher and we could still have a problem. He said if there was any problem call and he would come back. I did have to call him back and made sure he had full Access. In 15 minutes of his return he had found the flat. He also said any problem to call. I have not had any problems since. Great service. "
