"We had faulty Rangemaster fan assisted oven not regulaing temperature. We had engineer come inespect and diagnose parts required. We dukly agreed for the parts to be ordered. Same day order for paryts came,we duly paid. Parts came within 2 weeks,then they were fitted . Range master works as it should again now. Our Engineer was Haydn from start to finish. I have to add that Haydn identified a gas fault upon our Dual fuel cooker. Hence we had gas safe engineer come and fit new gas supply hose. All good again and now super safe. We could have had a serious issue if Gas supply fault wasnt identified...Well done NAC and Haydn."
