"I have given NAC 5* because of the service provided even though our problem could not be solved. A ring on our hob was failing to light. I phoned NAC and we received a visit from Phil within 48hrs. He diagnosed a thermocouple failure. The hob is 20yrs old but he managed to find the part and came back 10 days later. Unfortunately, the ring still did not work because the valve had failed.This part was now obsolete. Phil to his credit asked whether we used one ring more than another and changed the parts around to give us use of the three most popular. He didn’t charge us for the thermocouple which wasn’t needed. We certainly had vfm for the call out charge only."
