"The engineer was punctual and polite. The online booking service was great and meant that although it was Sunday and they were closed I could still go ahead and book it in. The best thing I can say about this company is that they are clearly trustworthy as both the engineer and the correspondence from the office afterwards told me that it wasn't financially viable to replace the part and that it would essentially cost the same as replacing the machine. It's great to find a company like this. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again in future."

"I alerted NAC on a Friday about a blocked washing machine. They offered an appointment for the following Monday and confirmed it with a time slot on Sunday. The friendly and competent engineer arrived within the time slot and solved the problem, testing the machine afterwards. A standard fee was charged. Fully satisfied! I can recommend them."
