My oven was making a loud buzzing noise when heating up I had no idea what it could be but it was very annoying. Rob listened to it once & diagnosed the issue straight away, it was a simple fix that didn’t need any parts & he did it whilst he was replacing the grill element & a thermocouple which were both broken. Did initial review of the parts he needed, ordered them & came back to fit them when he said he would. Didn’t take payment until he had completed the job, if I had known it was so easy to get my cooker repaired I would have done it sooner! "
