"The Engineer called Chris rang me to arrange his time of visit and was prompt. He commenced to check our appliance and found that there was a water leak somewhere which had triggered the Water Sensor to switch off the Dishwasher. The water was dried out from the base inside the machine, and the Dishwasher was then able to start and operate. Despite searching to try and locate the leak, he was unable to find any signs of the leak. We are going to continue using the machine and if this concern happens again I will notify you in order that a more investigative diagnosis can take place. The engineer is a very helpful person and very keen to assist us."
