"Amazing company, I recommend to anyone in need of an urgent repair. My applicances were registered with Hotpoint but an engineer couldnt come out until a week and a half, although I was promised an urgent appointment. I couldnt be left without a working fridge so I had a look online and found this company. Customer service are friendly. They were able to send out an engineer the next morning. He assessed the issue and advised he didnt have the part to fully repair it, so he temporarily fixed it while I ordered a new part with them. A few days later they contacted me to contact they had received the part and if the engineer could return the next morning. FYI, if it wasnt the weekend he would of been able to come back sooner. The engineer returned today with the part and repaired my fridge in uner 15 mins. Both times he was here, he was in and out within 15 mins. Super professional and answered any questions. It was also handy that he had a card machine. Thanks for all your help NAC domestic appliances. I was under a lot of stress last week and you helped me in a time of need, much appreciated! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for emergency repairs, do not hesitate!!"
