"We needed a repair to our integrated microwave which was no longer heating food. A Google search for Aeg repair businesses brought up NAC and what a great find this was! The booking of the repair visit and what the process involved was very clear and gave a good indication of the likely cost excluding parts. It was comforting to have clarification on NO hidden costs. The repair visit was within a few days which was great as the microwave is used daily. The communication from the engineer was excellent and easy to follow. He arrived within the given timescale and was very efficient and professional carrying out a very neat repair with no mess at all. He explained what had been required and also facilitated payment at the end which was really, really very affordable. So often you are caught by the final bill being far higher than expected. Not so here. We were definitely impressed by this business throughout the whole process. The steps are clear and the Engineer was very friendly and took time to go over what had been required. We now have NAC in our trusted contractors book and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you NAC!! "
