As promised Daniel called to confirm he was on his way and on arrival he pretty much knew what the fault on our dishwasher was likely to be. Within around 30 minutes the job was done and you wouldn’t know he had been while he also took time to offer some advice to assist us preventing the problem happening again. "It was great to get the expert's visit-a bit ahead of time as well! He was very knowledgeable and quickly checked our oven's model number and spec. details. It didn't take him long to discover that parts were no longer available. What a blow!
