"Engineer Daniel arrived punctually. Diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher (which was down to a mistake by us) and explained what we needed to do to prevent it happening again. Haven't yet run the machine, but all the indications from the trial run Daniel did with the machine empty are that the problem has been solved. Daniel then checked one or two other general points on the machine, in particular the electrical aspect, and improved the (amateur) wiring of the plug. Highly recommended."

He came exactly on time as arranged, assessed the fault, informed me of the cost of his visit and the fixed call out fee which covered any further call backs and installation. The part was ordered and the following visit date to install was mutually arranged between us. He came on time, installed the part and all is well. I liked his personality.
