Booked an engineer easy online + a got a friendly , non-pushy, call from customer service to arrange a visit to inspect a washer/dryer the next day. The engineer was Steve from R2A who visited on time, quickly detected and corrected the problem (user error by the tenant) and provided feedback to the landlord. Good price for all this work and even better when he returned, at no cost, to correct the same problem again from the tenant who was not listening the first time. Only left when machine was working as designed and the tenant user totally understood what to do. Absolutely recommend Steve at R2A and NAC. Will deffo use again! Well done everyone involved here! "
