The evening before your appointment (at 6 PM), you’ll receive a text message with your allocated time slot. If you’re happy with the time, simply reply ‘Y’ to confirm.

On the day of your appointment, the engineer will either call or text 30 minutes before arriving, so you know when to expect them.

Diagnosis & Initial Assessment

On arrival, the engineer will:

  • Perform safety checks
  • Diagnose the issue with your appliance
  • Determine if the repair can be completed immediately or if parts are needed.

Repair Process

Repair Process

If the repair can be completed without parts: The engineer will fix your appliance, take payment, and be on their way. If parts are required:

  • Parts available in the van? The engineer will fit them immediately, test the appliance, take payment, and complete the job.
  • Parts NOT available? You’ll pay for the initial visit only. The office will source the required parts, and you’ll receive an email and text with a link to pay for them.

Ordering Parts & Free Return Visit

Once you complete payment for the parts via the link, we will automatically place the order. As soon as they arrive, we’ll arrange for the engineer to return and fit them.

🚨 Important: You will NOT be charged for the engineer’s time on any follow-up visit – these are free of charge! You only pay for the parts needed to complete the repair.

Once the parts are delivered (usually within 3-5 days), we will then book the next available slot and notify you the evening before, just as we did with your first visit.

On return the engineer will:

  • Install the new parts
  • Perform safety checks
  • Confirm the appliance is fully working before leaving
