Your appointment is booked and confirmed. There’s nothing more you need to do!
The evening before your appointment (at 6 PM), you’ll receive a text message with your allocated time slot. If you’re happy with the time, simply reply ‘Y’ to confirm.
On the day of your appointment, the engineer will either call or text 30 minutes before arriving, so you know when to expect them.

Once you complete payment for the parts via the link, we will automatically place the order. As soon as they arrive, we’ll arrange for the engineer to return and fit them.
🚨 Important: You will NOT be charged for the engineer’s time on any follow-up visit – these are free of charge! You only pay for the parts needed to complete the repair.
Once the parts are delivered (usually within 3-5 days), we will then book the next available slot and notify you the evening before, just as we did with your first visit.
