"Would highly recommend NAC. We dealt initially with Sarah who was able to book us a next day appointment for an engineer to take a look at our freezer which had packed up after a short power outage. The engineer Mohammad contacted me direct and was able to squeeze me in the same afternoon (thus saving a freezer full of food). He was methodical and diagnosed the problem and solution quickly. I considered the total cost for the new part and labour very reasonable and Mohammad called me this evening to check that everything was working satisfactorily - a very nice touch.
