Identified the issue which unfortunately needed a part that they didnt hold in stock. A second appointment was made in 5 days and the repair carried out - again on time and professional. Very happy with the result so far . Only slight gripe was the price of the part - which was charged at nearly double compared to if i ordered direct from Bosch."
