"The repair man was lovely. He turned up late and in the dark and rain when I had given up seeing him. It was dreadful weather, he'd had difficulty finding me (the SATNAV instructions are wrong and it is awkward to find), but kept phoning me to say he was still on his way and to get step by step instructions on how to find me. He was cheerful and pleasant when he finally arrived and fixed my very old oven, that I feared had probably died. A new heating element and some work on the fan did the job and the oven is now working beautifully again. I am very grateful indeed. He'd had a very long day and must have been very tired, but a brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again."
