"Really easy to book in with, arranged it all on the website and had a repair tech visit within 48 hours. Did have to wait a week for the repair but that was due to the parts needing to be ordered. Pricing was fair in my opinion, especially for the no hassle service. Nathan was lovely, really polite and very quick to repair on the day booked in. "

"NAC repair was excellent, I found them online at 7.20am and Andrew the engineer arrived 12.20pm the same day . Extremely efficient, diagnosed the fault with our American fridge/freezer. Ordered the parts and came back to fix it a few days later.
We paid £98 for call out and for the engineer to come back and fix it ( extra for parts) , very reasonable and a great service will recommend to anyone ."
