    "Our dishwasher locking mechanism broke and following an engineer vist i was told that i has to order a new part and that the same engineer would return to fit the new part. The engineer was very prompt,professional,and a very good ambassador for NAC. I left him to do his job, expecting him to take about 30 minutes to repair and returned to my office,only to be called back to our kitchen to find that the part had fitted,and our dishwasher was back up and running again! Very impressive job!"
